Shipping & Delivery

Once your payment is confirmed, we’ will carefully prepare your order for dispatch. We aim to send it within 3 to 5 business days using Australia Post or a third-party courier service, depending on availability.

We are pleased to offer free shipping on Australian orders with a cart subtotal over $99.00. This offer applies to Australian deliveries only. Please note that discount codes reduce your order subtotal and count toward the minimum spend for free shipping.

For Australian orders with a cart subtotal below $99.00, a flat $12 shipping fee applies. Delivery usually takes 3 to 6 working days and we will do our best to get your parcel to you promptly.

Every order is sent with tracking and we will email you the details as soon as your parcel is on its way. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 days of placing your order, please get in touch. We will be happy to look into it for you.
