Returns Policy

14-Days Return Policy

Our returns policy is within your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you. We want you to be totally satisfied with your order. If within 14 days you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund, less shipping costs.

Return

To be eligible for a return, please simply send us an email at info@cutise.com.au with a receipt or proof of purchase from us within 14 days. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please ensure that returns are well-packaged. We recommend using a tracked method of return delivery, as we are unable to accept responsibility for lost return parcels.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@cutise.com.au.

Damage During Transit

Although great care is taken throughout the packaging and shipping process, if your product(s) arrives damaged, please email us at info@cutise.com.au to assess the damage and to work out a solution. You may be asked to provide a photograph of your product(s) and/or delivery package to aid a speedy resolution.
