Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you. We want you to be totally satisfied with your order. If within 14 days you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund, less shipping costs. Return To be eligible for a return, please simply send us an email at info@cutise.com.au with a receipt or proof of purchase from us within 14 days. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please ensure that returns are well-packaged. We recommend using a tracked method of return delivery, as we are unable to accept responsibility for lost return parcels. Refund Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Damage During Transit Although great care is taken throughout the packaging and shipping process, if your product(s) arrives damaged, please email us at info@cutise.com.au to assess the damage and to work out a solution. You may be asked to provide a photograph of your product(s) and/or delivery package to aid a speedy resolution. Order Processing We ship your order via Australia Post Standard within 3-5 business days of receiving payment. Free Shipping All Australian orders over $100.00 (based on your Cart Subtotal) qualify for Free Shipping. This excludes international shipments. Discounts codes affect the subtotal of your order and minimum spend to qualify for the Free Shipping offer. Flat Rate Shipping Australian orders under $100.00 (based on your Cart Subtotal) will incur a $12 flat rate shipping charge. You can expect your order to arrive within 3 to 6 working days. Tracking and Delivery All orders have parcel tracking and you’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package has been dispatched. If you haven’t receive a tracking email within 3 days of placing your order, please get in touch with us and we’ll look into straight away. To ensure secure delivery, all parcels must be signed for upon receipt. If recipient is not home, the parcel will be brought back to your local post office for collection.
